- A lovely authentic experience with Anna and her daughters.
- What an amazing experience with Anna and her English translator Diba. Held in Anna's beautiful home she made us feel like family. My husband does not like liver and loved the liver on the crostini so much that he wanted the recipe. Everything was mouth-watering delicious. We would do this all over again. Thank you!
- Anna and her interpreter, Diba, were prepared for our group of 4. We were involved in every step of the process. She had everything prepped so we were able to get the fun started right away. We prepared appetizers, sauce, homemade pasta and dessert. She explained the importance of quality, locally sourced ingredients. Everything was hands on and we had so much fun doing and learning. Kneading and rolling the pasta, sautéing chicken livers and sautéing the meat for the sauce. Dessert was a twist of Tiramisu. Everything came together perfectly and our meal was fantastic. I can't wait to try it at home. Thank you Anna and Diba for making it a wonderful experience.
- Our time with Anna and Laura (translator) was so special. Anna was an amazing chef and a great instructor. The food was incredible, something you can’t have anywhere else. We enjoyed our experience and talked for hours. This was a once in a lifetime experience and would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to the area.
- Ms. Anna was simply amazing! It was like visiting your dear aunt. She made you feel at home and comfortable. She is so organized and thorough in her class - it made it so easy for us to follow along. She does not speak English well but she had a family friend there to help along which was great. The meal was detailed and fabulous but so easy to prepare. She will put you to work! Roll up those sleeves and have fun! My only advice would be to have a copy of the recipe handy so one could follow along and take notes. Brava!
