: If I could give Anna 10 stars, I would! Anna showed us how to make Gnocchi with Pesto and Fettuccine Alfredo. She walked us through her process and gave us cooking tips. She even explained the history of each recipe. We really learned a lot about the art of pasta and hope to try and make these recipes at home. Shortly after we started our class it no longer felt like we were strangers, it felt like we were cooking with family and friends. Laura, her translator, was so sweet and did an amazing job. If you want an authentic Italian experience, I would recommend this class to anyone. After all the cooking, we enjoyed our meal together with Anna’s family and friends. It was a great experience and one we will never forget.

: We had a wonderful evening with Anna and her daughter Maria in their beautiful private home. Each of us 5 participated in the preparation of Pappa al Pomodoro, Gnudi, and a stunning Torta della Nonna, followed by a seated dinner with wine to enjoy the delicious fruits of our labor, and with cheerful conversation. We thank Anna and Maria for their warm hospitality, and also Cesarine for allowing us to modify the planned menu, and – above all – for the kind flexibility when I realized I had made a date error in the original booking.
