Celebratw an anniversary in the Sienese hills, precisely in Val d'Orcia Unesco heritage site, in my terraced house reminiscent of a Tuscan farmhouse. Wrapped in a warm atmosphere we will prepare a cake that was born between this valley and Val di Chiana, the sweet symbol of Chianciano Terme, precisely called "torta chianciano". Its short pastry exterior encloses several layers of sponge cake soaked with local almond amaretto liqueur and filled with custard. We will also make chocolate liqueur to accompany this delicious dessert.

- What an amazing experience with Anna and her English translator Diba. Held in Anna's beautiful home she made us feel like family. My husband does not like liver and loved the liver on the crostini so much that he wanted the recipe. Everything was mouth-watering delicious. We would do this all over again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our experience and talked for hours. This was a once in a lifetime experience and would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to the area.
