Tuscan flavors with authentic dishes

Dining experience: take a seat and enjoy an authentic Italian meal with a local Cesarina

What I propose is an experience in flavor. Three authentic dishes cooked with those fruits that the nature of our territory has always given us and that we jealously preserve. Simple dishes, but revisited, to be enjoyed in absolute tranquility in what is the typical rustic Tuscan setting. The quality of the product I offer together with the respect of its characteristics are my priority to let the guests I welcome know all the flavor of the splendid nature that surrounds us.

We will start with risotto with chestnuts, the prince fruit of our Amiatini woods, and move on to potato and vegetable flan with olive sauce, and finally pralines with chestnut flour and "pera picciola" curious ancient fruit characteristic of our area. Enjoy!
