Starting with 0-km products, grown in our garden, we will bring to the table the flavors of the Tuscan peasant tradition.

We will prepare bruschetta with tomatoes, seasoned with excellent Tuscan olive oil, accompanied by samples of good pecorino cheese from our lands. We will continue with making strictly handmade tagliatelle topped with aglione (typical Sienese seasoning) or Tuscan meat sauce. After that we will prepare gnudi (typical Tuscan pasta) au gratin in the oven and finally we will go to prepare a tasty and unfailing tiramisu. It will be an experience to be fully enjoyed, possibly on our terrace overlooking the hills and the Crete Senesi, with the magnificent backdrop of Siena. All this will be accompanied a pleasant company.

The cooking demo Genny provided for us was amazing! She was gracious and I learned a lot about making pasta from scratch. She was such a wonderful hostess and teacher and her home was lovely. I would recommend the Cesarine experience with Genny to anyone! We has so much fun.

A wonderful experience with Genny and her family. We made fresh ravioli and tagliatelle and cake in her home. I loved exchanging stories, learning the techniques, visiting the garden and connecting with local life. Such a special experience!

Our cooking class with Genny was one of the highlights of our trip! Not only was Genny an amazing and patient teacher, she was also so sweet. We learned how to make delicious pasta and tiramisu, which we thoroughly enjoyed! The added bonus of the experience was that we met Genny's family, who all joined us for lunch. This made the experience even more special for us. They even put birthday candles on our tiramisu as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. We cannot recommend this experience enough. Genny went above and beyond.

Our cooking class with Genny and her family was wonderful! We cooked 2 different pastas and made tiramisu which was delicious. Her husband and daughter joined us and set a beautiful table with meats, cheeses, vegetables etc. we had wine and Prosecco which added to the experience. They spoke pretty good English so conversation flowed. I would highly recommend!

Genny and her family were prenominal! We cannot express how much we enjoyed meeting them and spending pretty much all day with them. They welcomed us into their home and introduced us to their family recipes with such care, joy and love for the craft of cooking. We got to meet their pets and son as well. We then got to enjoy eating the meals we prepared together at the dining room table. Genny's husband was even so kind as to drive us back to our hotel 30 minutes away and make a pit stop to see his birth town. We really couldn't have asked for a better treat! We highly recommend Genny and family to anyone looking to learn how to make an Italian/Tuscan meal!
