  • Homemade fresh pasta
  • Tiramisu

On the occasion of this course, I open the doors of my home in Siena to have fun together in a class designed for anyone who wishes to discover the secrets of tradition in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Together we will prepare a traditional menu: handmade fresh pasta and tiramisu. I will guide you step by step in making two different types of fresh pasta, which we will dress with seasonal sauces, enhancing simple and genuine ingredients. We will end on a sweet note by preparing one of the most loved Italian desserts in the world: tiramisu.

I will make sure that every step is clear, sharing techniques, tips, and small secrets passed down through tradition. At the end of the course, I will give you the recipes so you can recreate the dishes in your own kitchen and impress friends and family

I have a great passion for desserts—no dish can beat them! I’ve deepened my skills by earning a diploma in both classic and modern pastry, along with a specialization in chocolate at Cast Alimenti. I also love cooking traditional Tuscan and Neapolitan dishes—two roots I proudly carry—from pici to ragù, and even game meat. I work as an HR Business Partner in a multinational company, but my passion for hospitality and sharing led me to become a Cesarina! I live with my husband Maurizio, our daughter Anna, two dogs, and two cats in a house nestled in the Sienese countryside, along the Via Francigena, with stunning views of Mount Amiata and Siena—just a few minutes from the historic center. It would be wonderful to teach how to make desserts in such a warm and welcoming place as my home!
