    I invite you to reach the terrace of my home and admire the magnificent panorama of the Crete Senesi. On clear evenings, you may even catch a glimpse of the beautiful city of Siena and recognize the silhouette of the Torre del Mangia. During this experience, you will delight in an appetizer consisting of three bruschetta, prepared with fresh produce straight from our garden, accompanied by samples of local pecorino cheese and handmade jams. We will continue with a first course of strictly handmade tagliatelle, seasoned with a delicious sauce all'aglione, typical of the Tuscan tradition. This will be followed by a taste of our gnudi, prepared with local ingredients, and we will conclude with an irresistible tiramisu. All will be accompanied by excellent local wine.

    Cesarina Genny was amazing! She and her family were so welcoming and kind. They really wanted us to feel comfortable and to feel at home. We made pasta by hand, using the same base for both ravioli and fettucini. We also made a phenomenal tiramisu. Genny explained each step in detail and helped us when we needed it. She kindly took over when we had difficulties — it made us smile! She shared how they make these dishes for Christmas and Easter, which inspired my wife and me to carry on this tradition in our own home. We plan to use the recipes she gave us to surprise our friends with a meal made from scratch. This experience was special, and we are so grateful for the time we spent with Genny and her family.

    The cooking demo Genny provided for us was amazing! She was gracious and I learned a lot about making pasta from scratch. She was such a wonderful hostess and teacher and her home was lovely. I would recommend the Cesarine experience with Genny to anyone! We has so much fun.

    Our cooking class with Genny was one of the highlights of our trip! Not only was Genny an amazing and patient teacher, she was also so sweet. We learned how to make delicious pasta and tiramisu, which we thoroughly enjoyed! The added bonus of the experience was that we met Genny's family, who all joined us for lunch. This made the experience even more special for us. They even put birthday candles on our tiramisu as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. We cannot recommend this experience enough. Genny went above and beyond.

    Our cooking class with Genny and her family was wonderful! We cooked 2 different pastas and made tiramisu which was delicious. Her husband and daughter joined us and set a beautiful table with meats, cheeses, vegetables etc. we had wine and Prosecco which added to the experience. They spoke pretty good English so conversation flowed. I would highly recommend!
