Ah, the authentic taste of Tuscany! I’m Anna, Ceserina with Pugliese roots, from Taranto, the city of two seas. I love discovering traditional dishes and the stories behind them. Fresh pasta is my passion, but I also enjoy preparing main courses and desserts.

I’ve lived in San Quirico for 18 years and will welcome you to my home, which looks like a Tuscan farmhouse outside and is modern inside. Our menu features simple, genuine local flavors: panzanella, a humble Tuscan salad; pici all’aglione, made following the original recipe; and for dessert, lattaiolo, an ancient soft custard infused with citrus and cinnamon. Join me for an evening of taste, culture, and conviviality!

We had a wonderful evening with Anna and her daughter Maria in their lovely home, learning how to make Pappa al Pomodoro, Gnudi and a beautiful Torta della Nonna. Each of the five of us participated in the cooking process which was followed by a fabulous meal, enjoying the fruits of our labor as well as the company of Anna and Maria over a glass of wine! It was a wonderful evening and we highly recommend it to all those looking for a unique Tuscan experience!

What an amazing experience with Anna and her English translator Diba. Held in Anna's beautiful home she made us feel like family. My husband does not like liver and loved the liver on the crostini so much that he wanted the recipe. Everything was mouth-watering delicious. We would do this all over again. Thank you!
