Shared Experience
Your experience

Making pasta by hand (especially in company) is a fun and relaxing experience; you chat and laugh, and what a pleasure it is at the end to be able to say: “I made this myself!”

You start by mixing flour and water on the work surface to create a smooth, soft dough. We then continue by ‘rolling’ the dough with the palm of the hand until we have a long strand of spaghetti. We’ll serve it with aglione sauce, the so-called ‘kissing garlic’ (which doesn’t have the strong smell of ordinary garlic), or simply with tomato and basil sauce, or even with a meat ragù. Next, we’ll make white wine ciambelline or almond tozzetti to enjoy with ricotta cream flavoured with honey and orange zest or vin santo.

Dear Marisa ❤️ We are so grateful to you for such an incredible and unforgettable experience. The atmosphere you created was so joyful, warm, and full of your wonderful energy! The ravioli you taught us to prepare was truly special and absolutely delicious. And the tiramisu… we honestly had no idea it could reach such an extraordinary level of flavor! Everything was absolutely perfect. Above all, your hospitality was exceptional. You welcomed us into your home so warmly and treated us with incredible kindness and generosity. You made us feel as though we were guests of an old friend—and we truly didn’t want to leave! This was undoubtedly the most enjoyable experience we had during our trip to Italy. Thank you for making it so special and unforgettable ❤️ With love and appreciation, The Ianculovic Family

My favorite dishes are those made with long-fermentation doughs. One of my specialties is the Easter cheese bread, infused with the warm and inviting aromas of cinnamon and cloves. All my pasta is handmade, paired with simple yet flavorful sauces, such as *aglione* and white Chianina ragù. For desserts, I often prepare zuppa inglese, made with the traditional Umbrian torcolo soaked in alchermes, and salame del re, two delightful classics of Italian tradition.
