Experience an authentic day in Perugia, the heart of Umbria. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. we will get to know the historic center among monuments, breathtaking views and local markets. After a breakfast of homemade sweet and savory treats, we'll visit the market to sample cured meats, cheeses, olive oil and other handcrafted delicacies such as majolica and textiles. This is followed by a scenic tour and a tasty break with porchetta sandwiches baked in a wood-fired oven. We will conclude with a visit to the historic Perugina chocolate stores. An experience between culture, tastes and traditions.

One of my specialties is the Easter cheese bread, infused with the warm and inviting aromas of cinnamon and cloves. All my pasta is handmade, paired with simple yet flavorful sauces, such as *aglione* and white Chianina ragù. For desserts, I often prepare zuppa inglese, made with the traditional Umbrian torcolo soaked in alchermes, and salame del re, two delightful classics of Italian tradition.
