An authentic home-cooked lunch, combining authentic flavours with a warm, family welcome. The menu is simple, light and full of flavour, inspired by Umbrian tradition.

We’ll start with crostini made from farmhouse bread, topped with extra virgin olive oil and beans from Lake Trasimeno. Next, homemade ravioli with ricotta, spinach and pine nuts, followed by Chianina beef meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce, served with gratinated vegetables. To finish on a sweet note: a ricotta and black cherry tart or zuppa inglese with torcolo, cream and black cherries. A convivial experience to savour the local cuisine as true guests in the home.

My favorite dishes are those made with long-fermentation doughs. One of my specialties is the Easter cheese bread, infused with the warm and inviting aromas of cinnamon and cloves. All my pasta is handmade, paired with simple yet flavorful sauces, such as *aglione* and white Chianina ragù. For desserts, I often prepare zuppa inglese, made with the traditional Umbrian torcolo soaked in alchermes, and salame del re, two delightful classics of Italian tradition.
