Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Shared Experience
Your experience

Discover the pleasure of kneading bread and ravioli in a cooking class for adults and children. From the smell of freshly baked bread to the authentic taste of ricotta and spinach ravioli, topped with butter and sage or a drizzle of Umbrian oil. We bake in the wood-fired oven, accompanying with local cheeses, vegetables and jams. We close on a sweet note with the Umbrian snack: bread, ricotta, sugar and alchermes or red wine. A genuine experience between taste and tradition.

My favorite dishes are those made with long-fermentation doughs. One of my specialties is the Easter cheese bread, infused with the warm and inviting aromas of cinnamon and cloves. All my pasta is handmade, paired with simple yet flavorful sauces, such as *aglione* and white Chianina ragù. For desserts, I often prepare zuppa inglese, made with the traditional Umbrian torcolo soaked in alchermes, and salame del re, two delightful classics of Italian tradition.
