Under my expert and constant guidance, you will have the opportunity to uncover the secrets of the rich Tuscan culinary tradition. We will start by preparing the black crostini, typical of our region, then we'll dedicate ourselves to the art of hand-rolling the famous Tuscan Pici. These will be topped with white ragù, a sauce that dates back to ancient times, before the discovery of America, when tomatoes were not yet part of our cuisine! Finally, we'll focus on the dessert: a delicious apple-based treat typical of Valdichiana, enriched with delicate handmade vanilla ice cream.

- We had the most amazing afternoon with Anna and Stefano! Anna was so warm and patient and taught us to make them most beautiful pasta. We feel like we went to our friends house for an afternoon, learned how to make beautiful Italian pasta, and had a wonderful lunch! I would recommend Anna and Stefano over and over to anyone! What an experience! Thank you both so much for your warmth and hospitality!
- If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would! My husband and I truly enjoyed this experience. Two weeks in Italy and this was our favorite day! If you are reading this, you are on the right track! Our crazy world needs more of these types of experiences! The pasta and tiramisu were amazing but the connection, the laughter and the conversation were priceless!
