    Our house nestled in the Tuscan countryside and built of brick over 200 years ago will become your home for a day, and our kitchen, designed and built to honor our friends and guests to the fullest, will become a familiar place for you.

    Our recipes handed down from grandmothers' tradition will become your recipes The flavor of our Tuscan wine will satisfy your palate and enhance the flavor of the dishes we will prepare with you. Noodles made with eggs from free-range hens, seasoned with grandmother's ragout, accompanied by Tordelli of potatoes and bacon seasoned with sage from our garden. They will be accompanied by a Tiramisu made on the spot or a magnificent apple pie from the Valdichiana adorned with vanilla ice cream

    Absolutely amazing experience! Anna and Stefano are the most welcoming hosts you can imagine. We learned how to make 3 types of pasta and had engaging conversations throughout, both while making pasta and over an aperitivo (snacks & drinks) while the dough was resting. Cannot recommend it high enough! Oh and of course the pasta tasted great!

    Justin & I had so much fun with Anna & Stefano- our dinner at their home was truly a highlight of our trip. We loved being hosted by a warm and gracious Italian family who clearly love to host and meet new people. Getting a window into their world gave our trip to Tuscany so much more context, and even though we were far from home (Texas, USA), we felt at home at their table. We chose the cooking demo rather than the whole class- it was perfect to get to learn how to make the tiramisu and then sit around the table together with sparkling wine and wonderful local cheeses and meats and Anna’s delicious focaccia bread she made for us with another couple from London to talk about the world and laugh with new friends. 5 stars- you will love it!

    Anna and her husband gave us such an amazing experience! We made absolutely delicious pasta with a stunning focaccia bread to snack on, as well as wine and champagne. They have a beautiful house and they were so incredibly welcoming to us. I would do this class again and again and recommend it to anyone even considering it slightly! Thank you so much!
