Learn to Make Ravioli and Tiramisu in the Tuscan Countryside

Welcome to my kitchen, nestled in the Tuscan hills near Cortona, where every dish tells a story. In this course, we will start by preparing mixed bruschetta: panzanellina and fegatini, and a version with cannellini beans flavoured with garlic, rosemary and sage, perfect for whetting the appetite and introducing the authentic flavours of Tuscany.

Then we will make ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach: we will learn how to roll out the dough, fill each little treasure chest with goodness and close it carefully, just like our grandmothers used to do. For dessert, we will prepare tiramisu together: soft, creamy and irresistible! It's not just about cooking: it will be a moment of discovery and sharing.
