Your experience

    You will be greeted in our garden with a welcome glass and appetizers prepared especially for you. Next, we will immerse ourselves in the art of fresh pasta making, creating traditional ravioli with a delicious spinach and ricotta filling. For a more creative variation, we will experiment with a version enriched with seasonal vegetables.

    To best accompany our ravioli, we will prepare a tasty tomato sauce or an alternative with butter and sage. The culinary lesson will continue with the preparation of cantucci, the typical Tuscan cookies to be enjoyed with vin santo.

    The passion for cooking finds its roots in the traditional recipes we have always made in our family: homemade pasta, ravioli, Sunday sauce, crostate, and traditional Easter desserts. Over the years, the desire to challenge myself and try cuisines from other countries or more innovative recipes has grown, but always with a keen eye on genuine products, and whenever possible, from our own garden.
