Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

You will be greeted in our garden with a welcome glass and appetizers prepared especially for you. Next, we will immerse ourselves in the art of fresh pasta making, creating traditional ravioli with a delicious spinach and ricotta filling. For a more creative variation, we will experiment with a version enriched with seasonal vegetables.
To best accompany our ravioli, we will prepare a tasty tomato sauce or an alternative with butter and sage. The culinary lesson will continue with the preparation of cantucci, the typical Tuscan cookies to be enjoyed with vin santo.

- Our evening with Dina and her family was the highlight of a 21 day trip to Italy and Croatia!!! From the time her husband met us at the car until the end of the evening it was amazing. We made appetizers, soup, pasta and cantucci. Drank lemon cello and wine made by their family!! I can’t even begin to explain what an awesome experience it was. Do NOT miss out having the experience.
