"My cooking is made up of imagination and passion! I live, together with my family, in the countryside of Sestri Levante, in a large house with a garden and vegetable garden. My idea of ​​cooking is a return to the past: I like to prepare any kind dish, possibly with products from my garden and purchased from local producers, while for leavened products I use only self-produced mother yeast."

We did a pizza making and tiramisu cooking class with Consuelo. It was simply amazing. We made everything ourselves and put the pizza in the wood burning oven in the yard. We ate together with Consuelo’s family and kids. Our kids played all evening with Consuelo’s kids, and all had the best time of our vacation. A great experience— highly recommended!!
