I love taking care of my home and cooking. What characterizes me is my passion for experimenting with new dishes, using the techniques I learned from my mother and grandmother. I also love paying attention to the presentation of my dishes, because I believe it is an essential part of the dining experience.I always use fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which come from my dad’s vegetable garden. I love colours, and my cuisine is just like me: lively and colourful.I love travelling and discovering new cultures. When I return from my trips, I always try to bring home a little piece of the places I have visited, experimenting with new dishes, aromas and flavours.
