I run an artisanal pasta workshop, where we produce all types of pasta from the Romagna tradition, as well as creative variations with different colors and fillings. We also prepare lasagna and all kinds of baked pasta.I am also specialized in Romagna-style piadina and its variations, such as crescioni, rolls, and sweet piadina.For some time now, I have been teaching personal cooking courses and I love sharing my knowledge with others. To enrich my experience, I have taken courses in public speaking, which have helped me communicate more effectively and make my lessons even more engaging.
