Cooking is a perfect blend of creativity and tradition. The dishes I have lovingly prepared for years, now family favorites, are rooted in the rich Sicilian culinary tradition. Among my favorites are baked anelletti, homemade pasta like maccheroni, and unique, flavorful dishes such as couscous, sfincione, calzoni, arancine, and panelle.I also cherish the sweetness of traditional desserts: cassatelle filled with chickpea or ricotta cream, the iconic cannoli, buccellati, and the refined almond parfait.For my guests, I enjoy offering an authentic experience, starting with sfincione and ending with a delicious cannolo, all accompanied by a fine glass of Marsala or Zibibbo, to enhance the flavors and celebrate the soul of Sicily.

- The afternoon we spent with Francesca & Guiseppi was delightful. They share a passion for cooking and it shows in everything they do. They guided us through making tiramisu, arancini, and two different types of pasta, one from Romanga, one from Sicily, something I’ve always wanted to do and hope to recreate when I get home. They are gracious hosts as well serving us a aperitivo and snacks in the garden before the cooking began. Francesca also walked us through their huge garden sharing with us the many different types of fruits and vegetables they grow, harvesting some along the way which she sent home with us. They are both warm and welcoming making us feel very, very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience!
- Francesca and her husband were such generous and welcoming hosts! My husband and I had a wonderful time walking around their garden tasting fruits and then making an appetizer, two pasta dishes, and dessert. We used a mixture of English, French, Italian, and a translator app to understand each other, which made it all the more fun! Francesca was kind enough to let us make arancini for an appetizer since I love it so much and we were able to take some home for the next day — they were delicious! Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic, and the warmth our hosts brought to the experience made it truly special and unique. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience!
