The experience begins with a welcome aperitif of Sangiovese and Romagna piadina with squacquerone cheese and rocket, accompanied by small Mediterranean tastings. Then we’ll prepare fresh homemade pasta together, such as tagliatelle or other simple egg pasta, to be served with Romagna-style ragù and Trapani-style pesto. Next, we’ll make a classic homemade tiramisu and finish with freshly filled Sicilian cannoli. An experience designed for those who love authentic cuisine and a convivial atmosphere.
