It is always a wonderful experience to explore Rimini's picturesque covered market, with its many stalls of freshly caught fish, fruits and vegetables from local producers, cheeses and cured meats. Rimini's fish market is one of the largest in Romagna, still retaining its traditional charm. Together, we will take a walk through the market, choosing the ingredients that we will use during a cooking class to be held at my home. During our cooking class, we will prepare together piadina, the characteristic bread of Romagna, tagliatelle, a typical pasta of my region, and finally, for dessert, a delicious zuppa inglese, which, despite its name, is an authentic Romagna specialty. I look forward to your visit!

- An awesome activity, coupled with learning to cook lovely Italian food with Patricia in her casa and enjoying it afterwards in her bellissimo garden, and to top it off, got to meet lovely Nonna! Highly recommend it!
- We took the pasta course for three types of pasta and it was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming to both me and my cousin, making the whole experience really enjoyable. My cousin has coeliac disease, and they went above and beyond to provide the entire course gluten-free, with great care and attention to detail. The setting was also beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing and fun cooking experience.

Le persone erano gentilissime, sempre disponibili e sorridenti, e la location semplicemente fantastica — un’atmosfera autentica che trasmetteva tutto il calore della vera cucina italiana. Una cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo è stata l’attenzione alle mie intolleranze alimentari: non posso mangiare glutine, ma si sono adattati senza alcun problema, permettendomi di vivere per la prima volta un’esperienza completa, a 360 gradi. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere un vero momento di cucina italiana!
