It is always a wonderful experience to explore Rimini's picturesque covered market, with its many stalls of freshly caught fish, fruits and vegetables from local producers, cheeses and cured meats. Rimini's fish market is one of the largest in Romagna, still retaining its traditional charm. Together, we will take a walk through the market, choosing the ingredients that we will use during a cooking class to be held at my home. During our cooking class, we will prepare together piadina, the characteristic bread of Romagna, tagliatelle, a typical pasta of my region, and finally, for dessert, a delicious zuppa inglese, which, despite its name, is an authentic Romagna specialty. I look forward to your visit!

- We had a great day with Patrizia. In Icrobwr it was just us and we were inside in her real Italian kitchen with the and her mother. She was very engaged and good instructor. The whole day was very personal and generous. We will absolutely recommend this to others.
- Our tiramisu and pasta class with Patrizia was one of our best and most authentic travel experiences ever! It was a joy to spend time in her lovely home and learn how to make real italian tiramisu and pasta. Even our 3 year old daughter participated in the class and got to taste her own pasta. A five star experience.
- We had the best time and it was so much fun. Time flies by. We learned a lot and she was very sweet and patience. Can't wait to make this for my own family.
