It is always a wonderful experience to explore Rimini's picturesque covered market, with its many stalls of freshly caught fish, fruits and vegetables from local producers, cheeses and cured meats. Rimini's fish market is one of the largest in Romagna, still retaining its traditional charm. Together, we will take a walk through the market, choosing the ingredients that we will use during a cooking class to be held at my home. During our cooking class, we will prepare together piadina, the characteristic bread of Romagna, tagliatelle, a typical pasta of my region, and finally, for dessert, a delicious zuppa inglese, which, despite its name, is an authentic Romagna specialty. I look forward to your visit!

- It was such a beautiful afternoon. 1000% would recommend to go. Patrizia and her family are very warm and welcoming
- Patrizia is a wonderful host. We were welcomed into her home by Patrizia and her lovely mother. Went as a family of 4 (my mum, my husband, our daughter and myself. We made ravioli and strozzapretti and a tiramisu. Patrizia is an excellent host and teacher. The atmosphere was so welcoming and calm, and once we had made the food, we went into the gardens in beautiful relaxing surroundings where Patrizia and her mother served us wine, water and bruschetta and antipasti. Then we had our ravioli and strozzapretti, followed by tiramisu. All this was finished off with Patrizia’s homemade limoncello and orange liqueur. We had a fabulous morning and lunchtime and would definitely recommend this.
- My family and I had a wonderful experience with Patrizia in Rimini. I highly recommend the experience. Specifically, we enjoyed hearing some history surrounding Roman structures, the stroll through the large covered food market and the meal preparation in the kitchen and veranda of Patrizia’s cozy & quaint home. The dishes were delicious. I can't wait to try the recipes when I get home!
- We had a very warm welcome from Patrizia, Cristina and Carla! We were served a delicious espresso in their beautiful garden and then spent the afternoon making tiramisu and 2 different types of pasta, outside in the garden, with a Prosecco at hand. It was such a dreamy and lovely afternoon to finally eat our own made dishes under the olive trees! We took some leftovers home and our family was jealous they hadn’t joined us! Massive grazie mille to patrizia and her family for this lovely afternoon!!!
- The three of us took a class with Patrizia and prepared three different types of pasta together. We had such a wonderful, relaxed evening; we laughed a lot and learned about the local cuisine. The house is beautiful and the garden is idyllic. It was simply fantastic, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Patrizia—sending you a hug.
