Shared Experience
Your experience

Learn to make the iconic piadina flatbread, as well as strozzapreti pasta and the classic tiramisu dessert with few but delicious ingredients. Enjoy tasting the piadina with typical cold cuts and cheeses from my region, and savor the strozzapreti served with a classic meat sauce that has simmered for at least 4 hours. You'll also discover how to pasteurize eggs for the tiramisu. All of this takes place in my home, which boasts a beautiful garden in a peaceful and relaxing setting where you can spend a few fun hours. And to top it all off, I'll cook everything we've made so you can sample the flavors of my region and sip on a delicious glass of local wine.

The pasta and tiramisu workshop with Patrizia in her home was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at ease. Patrizia guided us step by step in preparing tiramisu and two different types of fresh pasta, making the process both fun and accessible. After the cooking, we enjoyed a lovely aperitif with delicious bites, accompanied by her homemade Prosecco, while the pasta was being finished and the table prepared. To top it all off, we were treated to homemade limoncello for dessert. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and without a doubt one of the highlights of our week in the Rimini area. A special mention goes to Patrizia’s mother, who was incredibly kind and ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, from preparing the aperitif to taking care of the cleaning. Highly recommended.

Patti and her family were amazing! We were treated like family! Even her husband came down to visit and we were treated to a feast after wonderful education in traditional Italian cooking and conversation. Beautiful look into a true italian family. I would recommend them to anyone! - Grazie Patti! - Michael Patti and her mother had everything ready for us in the beautiful setting of Patti's kitchen and gorgeous garden. She knew that we were bringing our three girls with us, so she chose easy and delicious pasta for us to make. All five of us made our own tiramisu, ravioli, and strozzapreti. Her husband joined us for conversation as we cooked. Once we were finished, we enjoyed their lovely garden and ate in the relaxing shade of their back yard. It was a highlight of our Italy trip!! Thank you so much, Patti. I can't recommend her and her family enough!

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
