Learn to make the iconic piadina flatbread, as well as strozzapreti pasta and the classic tiramisu dessert with few but delicious ingredients. Enjoy tasting the piadina with typical cold cuts and cheeses from my region, and savor the strozzapreti served with a classic meat sauce that has simmered for at least 4 hours. You'll also discover how to pasteurize eggs for the tiramisu. All of this takes place in my home, which boasts a beautiful garden in a peaceful and relaxing setting where you can spend a few fun hours. And to top it all off, I'll cook everything we've made so you can sample the flavors of my region and sip on a delicious glass of local wine.

- Our cooking class with Patti learning how to make strozzapreti was one of the most favorite highlights of our trip to Emilia Romagna. Our entire family of four, ages 13-84 loved the class - it was fun, educational, and at the end, one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had! Patti was an absolute joy, and her family could not have been kinder and more welcoming of the four of us into their home. The setting was beautiful, it was just perfect. A must-do if you’re in the area!
- We had an absolutely wonderful cooking class with Patricia! The class took place in her beautiful garden at home, which made the whole experience feel very cozy and welcoming. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely never forget this special experience. After the class, Carla, Patricia’s mother, had beautifully set the table for us in the garden. We then enjoyed our delicious homemade strozzapreti together with a lovely Italian wine. A truly wonderful, personal and authentic experience. Highly recommended! En ook in het Nederlands :) 🇳🇱 We hebben een ontzettend leuke kookworkshop gehad bij Patricia! De workshop vond plaats bij haar thuis in de tuin, wat het extra knus en gezellig maakte. We hebben enorm genoten van de hele ervaring en zullen deze bijzondere middag niet snel vergeten. Na de workshop had Carla, de moeder van Patricia, de tafel in de tuin prachtig voor ons gedekt. We mochten vervolgens genieten van onze zelfgemaakte, heerlijke strozzapreti, samen met een lekkere Italiaanse wijn. Een ontzettend leuke, persoonlijke en gezellige ervaring. Echt een aanrader!
- We had such a wonderful experience cooking with Patrizia and her mother Carla! ❤️ The class took place in Patrizia’s beautiful home with its gorgeous garden, making the whole experience feel incredibly authentic and welcoming. We were a little nervous at first, but Patrizia – and of course Zeus 🐾 – made us feel at home immediately. Patrizia has so much knowledge and passion, and it was a real pleasure learning from her. We enjoyed a huge aperitivo with piadine, bruschette and regional products, followed by our handmade strozzapreti with a delicious ragù and a classic tiramisù. We can absolutely recommend this experience! You learn something to take home, eat incredibly well and get to enjoy genuine Italian hospitality. - It was a calming few hours in a lovely home. The host was really kind and welcoming, we has a really great time. I really recommend it for everyone who is interested in the italian food 🫶
- An absolute 10/10 experience in Rimini! Making fresh pasta from scratch was so much fun, and the host made the entire process easy to follow. We learned traditional techniques that we can actually use at home, and sitting down to eat the final meal was incredible—the food tasted phenomenal. If you are visiting Rimini, do not miss this cooking class!
