In this cooking class, I will guide you through the preparation of Passatelli, a dish that, in my opinion, represents one of the most authentic tastes of Romagna. Using very few high-quality ingredients, you will discover the secrets to making perfect Passatelli, ideal for delighting the palate on cold winter days or hot summer days. After preparing them together, you will have the opportunity to enjoy Passatelli in two different ways: in the classic version, that is, in broth, and in the alternative version, that is, dry, enriched with speck, arugula and cherry tomatoes. In addition, I will delight you with the preparation of a classic Romagna doughnut or etruschi, typical Romagna cookies, which you can enjoy in my garden. It will be a complete and delicious culinary experience.

- We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Patrizia! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Patrizia is such a warm, kind and lovely person and also an amazing teacher. She was very patient with us, explained every step clearly and shared so many useful tips and techniques. We learned a lot during the workshop and really feel that we can take this knowledge home with us and recreate the dishes ourselves. The whole experience was relaxed, authentic and full of positive energy. And the setting made it even more special – Patrizia has a beautiful, charming home and an absolutely lovely garden, which created the perfect atmosphere. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Rimini. This was much more than just a cooking class – it felt like being welcomed into a real Italian home and experiencing a little piece of Italian culture and hospitality. - It was such a great experience! Everything was very well prepared, and we immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere was wonderful, and Patrizia and her mom were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole experience. After we finished cooking, we enjoyed our delicious meal in the beautiful garden. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! We also really appreciated being able to take the leftovers home with us. If you’re thinking about booking this cooking class, don’t hesitate — I highly recommend it! Together with her mother, she introduced us to local pasta dishes and the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu—which we prepared ourselves under her guidance.
