    In this cooking class, I will guide you through the preparation of Passatelli, a dish that, in my opinion, represents one of the most authentic tastes of Romagna. Using very few high-quality ingredients, you will discover the secrets to making perfect Passatelli, ideal for delighting the palate on cold winter days or hot summer days. After preparing them together, you will have the opportunity to enjoy Passatelli in two different ways: in the classic version, that is, in broth, and in the alternative version, that is, dry, enriched with speck, arugula and cherry tomatoes. In addition, I will delight you with the preparation of a classic Romagna doughnut or etruschi, typical Romagna cookies, which you can enjoy in my garden. It will be a complete and delicious culinary experience.

    Wonderful class with Patrizia and her mother who taught us how to prepare two different types of delicious gluten free pasta and tiramisu. We ate in her very nice garden. I highly recommend it.

    Mieliśmy przyjemność wziąć udział w lekcji gotowania w Rimini u Pati – i było to jedno z najbardziej wyjątkowych doświadczeń naszej podróży! Już od pierwszej chwili zostaliśmy serdecznie przywitani przez Pati i jej mamę w ich pięknym domu, położonym w nietuzinkowym miejscu i otoczonym przepięknym ogrodem. Zajęcia rozpoczęliśmy od przygotowania wyśmienitego tiramisu, a następnie przeszliśmy do nauki robienia makaronu – zarówno do tradycyjnego ragu, jak i do delikatnych ravioli. Pati z ogromnym zaangażowaniem dzieliła się z nami swoimi wskazówkami, dzięki czemu gotowanie było nie tylko pouczające, ale i pełne radości. Ogromne podziękowania należą się także mamie Pati za wspaniały serwis i ciepło, jakim nas otoczyła przez cały czas pobytu. Całość dopełniło wyborne domowe prosecco, którym zostaliśmy poczęstowani – to była prawdziwa uczta dla zmysłów! To było coś więcej niż lekcja gotowania – to było prawdziwe, serdeczne spotkanie, które na długo pozostanie w naszej pamięci. Z całego serca polecamy tę kulinarną przygodę każdemu!

"My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
