    In this cooking class, I will guide you through the preparation of Passatelli, a dish that, in my opinion, represents one of the most authentic tastes of Romagna. Using very few high-quality ingredients, you will discover the secrets to making perfect Passatelli, ideal for delighting the palate on cold winter days or hot summer days. After preparing them together, you will have the opportunity to enjoy Passatelli in two different ways: in the classic version, that is, in broth, and in the alternative version, that is, dry, enriched with speck, arugula and cherry tomatoes. In addition, I will delight you with the preparation of a classic Romagna doughnut or etruschi, typical Romagna cookies, which you can enjoy in my garden. It will be a complete and delicious culinary experience.

    We had a wonderful time cooking with Patrizia. We had booked this as an activity while on holiday and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Patrizia and her family gave us a warm welcome in their beautiful home and with some relaxing music in the background we quickly went to work. I had never made any kind of dough before, but will do again in the future for sure. It was fun, relaxing, and most of all the end result was delicious! Worth it!

    My husband arranged the activity with Patrizia for my bday, from minute one after arriving you could feel how warm and welcoming Patrizia and her family are, as well as their lovely dog 😆, their garden gives you that wonderful Italian vibe, she was super sweet and attentive with all of us, specially with our daughter. She makes it look so easy to make the pasta. A separate note for the flavors!!! There are enough words to say how good the sauces were, when you live outside of Italy you sadly get to taste a lot of things that have nothing to do with actual Italian food, here I got exactly what I was expecting a fresh home made delicious meal that for sure I'll remember. To end the night on an even higher note she surprised with a tiramisu with my bday that I can definitely say is the best one I have ever eaten ❤️❤️❤️ Grazie mile Patrizia and family, we will always remember this evening!

    We have had a wonderful evening cooking and dining with Patrizia. She and her family were so sweet and made us feel very welcome in their home. Making the different types of pasta and tiramisu was lots of fun. The dinner was delicious, the best tagliatelle al ragú we've ever had! The setting in the garden was so romantic, and Patrizia made sure that we have everything we need and more! It was an amazing experience and we will love to come back one day!

    Wow, we had the most amazing time learning to cook beautiful Italian food in Patrizia’s lovely home. Patrizia and her family were so kind to us and made our experience so welcoming. We loved the recipes, the food was amazing and sitting in the garden eating the delicious food was a taste of heaven! What beautiful scenery and so relaxing. We cannot recommend this experience enough, a must if you are in Rimini!
