Food Tour: discover the best places where to taste the finest local food & wine
Join us for an unforgettable experience in the rolling hills of Rimini, where culinary tradition meets the beauty of nature.
We invite you on a food and wine tour that begins with a visit to a small countryside dairy, followed by a stop at a historic 19th-century winery. Sommelier Cristina will be by my side to guide you through a sensory journey of the flavors and aromas of our local wines.
The experience will end at my home, where we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work. Together, we'll learn how to make piadina romagnola and strozzapreti, a traditional pasta from our region.
At the end of the class, you'll enjoy the dishes you've created, paired with selected wines, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

- What a wonderful experience we had today with Patti. We did the lasagna making experience and we highly recommend it. Patti was so welcoming and very talented. It was a truly memorable experience. When we come to Rimini again, we will definitely book another cooking experience with Patti. ❤️😍🥰👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 thanks so much xx
- Very kind and thoughtful host; since we are French, she adapted to our language. It was a fantastic time: I highly recommend the place and will return if possible. Thank you, Patricia.
- I spent a super productive and carefree morning with Patrizia making piadine, cassoni, and Romagnola donuts. Time flew by between lessons and chatting; Patrizia gives so much more than just the precious culinary advice for which she is sought after! Thank you for the time dedicated, the hospitality in your splendid home and kitchen, and your willingness to help me in the future.
- Our cooking class with Patti learning how to make strozzapreti was one of the most favorite highlights of our trip to Emilia Romagna. Our entire family of four, ages 13-84 loved the class - it was fun, educational, and at the end, one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had! Patti was an absolute joy, and her family could not have been kinder and more welcoming of the four of us into their home. The setting was beautiful, it was just perfect. A must-do if you’re in the area!
