Join us for an unforgettable experience in the rolling hills of Rimini, where culinary tradition meets the beauty of nature.
We invite you on a food and wine tour that begins with a visit to a small countryside dairy, followed by a stop at a historic 19th-century winery. Sommelier Cristina will be by my side to guide you through a sensory journey of the flavors and aromas of our local wines.
The experience will end at my home, where we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work. Together, we'll learn how to make piadina romagnola and strozzapreti, a traditional pasta from our region.
At the end of the class, you'll enjoy the dishes you've created, paired with selected wines, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

- It was a wonderful experience. Very nice and pleasant hosts, and a lovely atmosphere in their beautiful garden. The cooking class was very well done and the pasta and the tiramisu were delicious. - It was such a great experience! Everything was very well prepared, and we immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere was wonderful, and Patrizia and her mom were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole experience. After we finished cooking, we enjoyed our delicious meal in the beautiful garden. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! We also really appreciated being able to take the leftovers home with us. If you’re thinking about booking this cooking class, don’t hesitate — I highly recommend it! Together with her mother, she introduced us to local pasta dishes and the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu—which we prepared ourselves under her guidance. The atmosphere, the setting, and the experience were truly special, and Patrizia and her mother gave us a unique glimpse into their private lives.
