Join us for an unforgettable experience in the rolling hills of Rimini, where culinary tradition meets the beauty of nature.
We invite you on a food and wine tour that begins with a visit to a small countryside dairy, followed by a stop at a historic 19th-century winery. Sommelier Cristina will be by my side to guide you through a sensory journey of the flavors and aromas of our local wines.
The experience will end at my home, where we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work. Together, we'll learn how to make piadina romagnola and strozzapreti, a traditional pasta from our region.
At the end of the class, you'll enjoy the dishes you've created, paired with selected wines, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

- Our tiramisu and pasta class with Patrizia was one of our best and most authentic travel experiences ever! It was a joy to spend time in her lovely home and learn how to make real italian tiramisu and pasta. Even our 3 year old daughter participated in the class and got to taste her own pasta. A five star experience.
