Join us for an unforgettable experience in the rolling hills of Rimini, where culinary tradition meets the beauty of nature.
We invite you on a food and wine tour that begins with a visit to a small countryside dairy, followed by a stop at a historic 19th-century winery. Sommelier Cristina will be by my side to guide you through a sensory journey of the flavors and aromas of our local wines.
The experience will end at my home, where we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work. Together, we'll learn how to make piadina romagnola and strozzapreti, a traditional pasta from our region.
At the end of the class, you'll enjoy the dishes you've created, paired with selected wines, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

- We had such a wonderful experience cooking with Patrizia and her mother Carla! ❤️ The class took place in Patrizia’s beautiful home with its gorgeous garden, making the whole experience feel incredibly authentic and welcoming. We were a little nervous at first, but Patrizia – and of course Zeus 🐾 – made us feel at home immediately. Patrizia has so much knowledge and passion, and it was a real pleasure learning from her. We enjoyed a huge aperitivo with piadine, bruschette and regional products, followed by our handmade strozzapreti with a delicious ragù and a classic tiramisù. We can absolutely recommend this experience! You learn something to take home, eat incredibly well and get to enjoy genuine Italian hospitality. Thank you Patrizia, Carla & Zeus for this beautiful evening! ❤️🇮🇹

- An absolute 10/10 experience in Rimini! Making fresh pasta from scratch was so much fun, and the host made the entire process easy to follow. We learned traditional techniques that we can actually use at home, and sitting down to eat the final meal was incredible—the food tasted phenomenal.
