Are you ready to put your hands to pasta ? With these three types of fresh pasta you enter Romagna , my region . In this cooking class you will learn how to make: tagliatelle , strozzapreti and ravioli . After making them together you will taste them ,while sitting ,comfortably , in a nice garden , drinking a very good Prosecco or if you prefer also a Sangiovese , a red wine from Romagna.When you arrive at my house a fresh Spritz awaits you with some small appetizers just to stimulate your appetite a little . - It was a wonderful experience. Very nice and pleasant hosts, and a lovely atmosphere in their beautiful garden. The cooking class was very well done and the pasta and the tiramisu were delicious. - It was such a great experience! Everything was very well prepared, and we immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere was wonderful, and Patrizia and her mom were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole experience. After we finished cooking, we enjoyed our delicious meal in the beautiful garden. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! We also really appreciated being able to take the leftovers home with us. If you’re thinking about booking this cooking class, don’t hesitate — I highly recommend it! And if you can, definitely book with Patrizia. She is such a warm, positive, and wonderful person, and she made the whole experience even more special. 😊

Together with her mother, she introduced us to local pasta dishes and the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu—which we prepared ourselves under her guidance. The atmosphere, the setting, and the experience were truly special, and Patrizia and her mother gave us a unique glimpse into their private lives. We enjoyed the dishes we had prepared ourselves, accompanied by delicious local wine, in a beautiful setting. We had a wonderful evening and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you, Patrizia.
