Are you ready to put your hands to pasta ? With these three types of fresh pasta you enter Romagna , my region . In this cooking class you will learn how to make: tagliatelle , strozzapreti and ravioli . After making them together you will taste them ,while sitting ,comfortably , in a nice garden , drinking a very good Prosecco or if you prefer also a Sangiovese , a red wine from Romagna.When you arrive at my house a fresh Spritz awaits you with some small appetizers just to stimulate your appetite a little . We took the pasta course for three types of pasta and it was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming to both me and my cousin, making the whole experience really enjoyable. My cousin has coeliac disease, and they went above and beyond to provide the entire course gluten-free, with great care and attention to detail. The setting was also beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing and fun cooking experience.

Un’esperienza meravigliosa! Il corso è stato divertente e istruttivo, ma soprattutto estremamente accogliente. Le persone erano gentilissime, sempre disponibili e sorridenti, e la location semplicemente fantastica — un’atmosfera autentica che trasmetteva tutto il calore della vera cucina italiana.
Una cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo è stata l’attenzione alle mie intolleranze alimentari: non posso mangiare glutine, ma si sono adattati senza alcun problema, permettendomi di vivere per la prima volta un’esperienza completa, a 360 gradi.
Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere un vero momento di cucina italiana!

The surroundings, the vibe, the warmth and the hospitality - we enjoyed every second of this amazing experience. Patrizia and her family welcomed us with open arms and she was patient and clear when teaching us the art of tiramisu and pasta. Needless to say - the drinks and food were excellent.
