Are you ready to put your hands to pasta ? With these three types of fresh pasta you enter Romagna , my region . In this cooking class you will learn how to make: tagliatelle , strozzapreti and ravioli . After making them together you will taste them ,while sitting ,comfortably , in a nice garden , drinking a very good Prosecco or if you prefer also a Sangiovese , a red wine from Romagna.When you arrive at my house a fresh Spritz awaits you with some small appetizers just to stimulate your appetite a little . - We had a very warm welcome from Patrizia, Cristina and Carla! We were served a delicious espresso in their beautiful garden and then spent the afternoon making tiramisu and 2 different types of pasta, outside in the garden, with a Prosecco at hand. It was such a dreamy and lovely afternoon to finally eat our own made dishes under the olive trees! We took some leftovers home and our family was jealous they hadn’t joined us! Massive grazie mille to patrizia and her family for this lovely afternoon!!!
- The three of us took a class with Patrizia and prepared three different types of pasta together. We had such a wonderful, relaxed evening; we laughed a lot and learned about the local cuisine. The house is beautiful and the garden is idyllic. It was simply fantastic, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Patrizia—sending you a hug.
- When we first arrived everyone was so welcoming and lovely, very good explanations and examples of how to make the different pastas etc. Very nice atmosphere. Patrizia was lovely and so kind very helpful- would definitely recommend as it is an amazing experience
