Are you ready to put your hands to pasta ? With these three types of fresh pasta you enter Romagna , my region . In this cooking class you will learn how to make: tagliatelle , strozzapreti and ravioli . After making them together you will taste them ,while sitting ,comfortably , in a nice garden , drinking a very good Prosecco or if you prefer also a Sangiovese , a red wine from Romagna.When you arrive at my house a fresh Spritz awaits you with some small appetizers just to stimulate your appetite a little . We had an amazing time with our Nonna Patti. She instructed everything clearly and had a beautifull garden and a lovely family who helped us with everything. We had the best past ever and everything was served great. If u are close Rimini, this is the place to go for really good pasta and the best time. It is given by the sweetest lady, we would definitely reccomend!

Io e il mio ragazzo Siamo stati accolti da Patrizia, una padrona di casa gentilissima e premurosa, che ci ha guidati con pazienza nella preparazione della pasta fresca. Si percepisce subito la sua passione per ciò che fa e la gioia con cui desidera trasmetterla agli altri: ogni passaggio ci è stato spiegato con cura e con un sorriso, rendendo il tutto semplice e piacevole.
L’ambiente familiare e accogliente ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. La casa di Patrizia è molto bella e dopo la lezione abbiamo potuto cenare nel suo incantevole giardino.
È stata un’esperienza unica, che ci ha lasciato il sorriso e che consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere un momento di convivialità, imparare divertendosi e gustare dell’ottimo cibo in compagnia. Vale davvero la pena!

We had the best time with Patrizia and her sister. They were so incredibly nice and welcoming! From buying cheese at a local cheese farm and visiting a wine cellar to learning how to make piadina and pasta, the whole experience was perfect and we can’t recommend it highly enough. ❤️

Es war einfach perfekt! Wir wüssten keine einzige Sache, die man ändern könnte. Das Haus und der Garten waren wunderschön, alles war perfekt vorbereitet und die Gastgeberinnen waren ein tolles Team! Die Getränke (Aperol, Prosecco & Wein) waren super lecker und lokal. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet und alles während dem Kurs war einfach und gut verständlich. Wir werden zuhause definitiv nochmal diese Pasta und das Tiramisu kochen! Danke für die Rezepte und die liebevolle Atmosphäre. 100% Weiterempfehlung!
