In this culinary course, you will discover the art of traditional cooking with a focus on regional delicacies. You will learn how to prepare Bruschetta, Piada (bread from Romagna), Strozzapreti (pasta with water and flour) and Tiramisu. The Piada will be enjoyed with local cured meats and cheeses, the Strozzapreti with a ragu cooked slowly for 4 hours. You will also learn how to pasteurize eggs for Tiramisu. The course takes place in my house with a beautiful garden, where you can relax with local wine. We will prepare dishes together and you will taste them, followed by an aperitif with Prosecco and appetizers. An authentic and cozy culinary experience that will immerse you in the flavors of my region.

Patrizia opened her beautiful authentic hime for us and we made delicious pasta and Tiramisu❤️ She served us a nice cheese and cured meat platter before eating the pasta we made that day🤩 We ate delicious Tiramisu for dessert and enjoyed a cozy evening with lights and something good to drink😊
