    In this cooking class, you will learn how to make piadina, the typical bread of Romagna, fresh hand-rolled pasta, and tiramisu. I will serve you piadina with cheese, local cold cuts and fresh vegetables seasoned with bread, parsley and garlic, typical of my town. We will also make ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling, and we will conclude by making tiramisu.

    Everything will take place in my cozy house, with a beautiful garden to relax in while we prepare piadina, pasta and dessert. At the end, you will enjoy what you have cooked, accompanied by a glass of local wine. An authentic experience to immerse yourself in the flavors of my land.

    Patrizia is a wonderful host. We were welcomed into her home by Patrizia and her lovely mother. Went as a family of 4 (my mum, my husband, our daughter and myself. We made ravioli and strozzapretti and a tiramisu. Patrizia is an excellent host and teacher. The atmosphere was so welcoming and calm, and once we had made the food, we went into the gardens in beautiful relaxing surroundings where Patrizia and her mother served us wine, water and bruschetta and antipasti. Then we had our ravioli and strozzapretti, followed by tiramisu. All this was finished off with Patrizia’s homemade limoncello and orange liqueur. We had a fabulous morning and lunchtime and would definitely recommend this.

    My family and I had a wonderful experience with Patrizia in Rimini. I highly recommend the experience. Specifically, we enjoyed hearing some history surrounding Roman structures, the stroll through the large covered food market and the meal preparation in the kitchen and veranda of Patrizia’s cozy & quaint home. The dishes were delicious. I can't wait to try the recipes when I get home!

    We had a very warm welcome from Patrizia, Cristina and Carla! We were served a delicious espresso in their beautiful garden and then spent the afternoon making tiramisu and 2 different types of pasta, outside in the garden, with a Prosecco at hand. It was such a dreamy and lovely afternoon to finally eat our own made dishes under the olive trees! We took some leftovers home and our family was jealous they hadn’t joined us! Massive grazie mille to patrizia and her family for this lovely afternoon!!!

"My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
