In the garden under the fortress of montefiore we will prepare together a typical Sorrentine dish, gnocchi alla sorrentina , while they cook we will prepare according to the home recipe a classic dish of eggplant parmigiana but with some steps that make them unique, then I will teach you the lemon tiramisu.
A day full of relaxation in our garden with a chance to immerse yourself in visiting the medieval village with its fortress and works .

- We booked the cooking class "Gnocchi alla Sorrentina" with Adriana. It was a very lovely experience and tasted excellent (including the appetizers and desserts). Adriana and Vittorio are very warm and welcoming, and told us a lot about the area and its history (including a church tour). We would happily come back next time 🤗👍🏻😉
- We had a wonderful time, not just in the kitchen: Vittorio and Adriana are extremely kind and welcoming, their village is magnificent… with the added bonus of a private tour of the church and the fortress. Unforgettable!
