    Cutting board, rolling pin and a few simple, yet authentic, ingredients: many would say that that's all you need to make piadina. Instead, I believe that the real secret of this recipe is the story that you keep infusing into each dough, along with the details that make it unique from time to time with simplicity and care. Using the ingredients and tools I will provide, we will learn all the steps and "my secret" to making the perfect flaky piadina that we will then taste together for our amazing happy hour! Hot off the griddle, the piadinas will be accompanied by wild herbs, local ham, cheese, and local wine. At the end of the evening, everyone will take home a written recipe that I will deliver to all participants.

    Wow, what an unforgettable experience! Silvana is an amazing host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at her beautiful home. We had so much fun learning from her as we cooked and learning about her family and life. The food was delicious and the setting made it even better -- eating under the olive trees with a gorgeous view. Silvana and her husband engaging and hospitable; we could have talked for hours!     "I like everything that belongs to nature, and in my free time, I dedicate myself to the cultivation of minor fruits, olives, and vegetables, in full respect of the rhythms of the earth, and with a totally natural approach. I strongly believe that a large part of our well-being is related to the quality of the food we eat. My house in the hills is located 15 minutes from Pesaro, in a relaxing place where reconnection with the earth comes to life thanks to the rustle of the leaves of the 500 olive trees that surround it. My table is consequently characterized by simple foods, mainly made with the catch of the day from the Adriatic Sea, and accompanied by what our land offers us."
