    A cutting board, a rolling pin, and a few simple but authentic ingredients: many would say that's all you need to make piadina. I, on the other hand, believe that the real secret of this recipe is the history that continues to be infused into each dough, together with the details that make it unique with simplicity and care. Using the ingredients and tools I will provide, we will learn all the steps and "my secret" to making the perfect piadina sfogliata, which we will then taste together for our amazing happy hour! Served hot off the griddle, the piadinas will be accompanied by wild herbs, local ham, cheese, and local wine. At the end of the evening, everyone will take home the written recipe that I will give to all participants.

    5 stars only because there aren't any more! I gave this experience to my boyfriend as a couple's activity and I was afraid he might not find it as enjoyable as I did, but instead, he was thrilled! Silvana was fantastic: from the welcome with some delicious fried sage (a real treat!), to the explanation of how to prepare our piadina, up to the preparation of the wonderful dinner accompanied by local products—a final moment where Silvana and Stefano truly made us feel at home. I obviously recommend it, both for Silvana's culinary skills, but above all for the atmosphere that accompanied the entire experience: fun, genuineness, and hospitality guaranteed!

    We went to the cooking class hoping to learn some Italian cooking skills, but we walked out with much more than that. Silvana was one of the warmest (and her husband) hosts we could have wished for giving us cooking lessons, cosy conversations and laughs. The evening finished with us eating our homemade meal in their garden between the olive trees. This was definitely one of our highlights of our trip in Italy. 100% recommend!

My house in the hills is located 15 minutes from Pesaro, in a relaxing place where reconnection with the earth comes to life thanks to the rustle of the leaves of the 500 olive trees that surround it. My table is consequently characterized by simple foods, mainly made with the catch of the day from the Adriatic Sea, and accompanied by what our land offers us."
