A cutting board, a rolling pin, and a few simple but authentic ingredients: many would say that's all you need to make piadina. I, on the other hand, believe that the real secret of this recipe is the history that continues to be infused into each dough, together with the details that make it unique with simplicity and care. Using the ingredients and tools I will provide, we will learn all the steps and "my secret" to making the perfect piadina sfogliata, which we will then taste together for our amazing happy hour! Served hot off the griddle, the piadinas will be accompanied by wild herbs, local ham, cheese, and local wine. At the end of the evening, everyone will take home the written recipe that I will give to all participants.

We had an amazing afternoon / evening at Silvana’s place. Great aperative, and after an amazing piadina workshop. We had the most fresh ingredients to work with. Absolute recommandation to go here while you’re in the area of Pesaro. Silvana and Stefano are such lovely and welcoming people. We had an amazing time!

Leonardo ed io abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza fantastica e abbiamo imparato molto. Siete stati così gentili e pazienti e ci avete dato istruzioni chiare su come fare tutto. È un ricordo che custodirò per sempre. È stato anche bello essere raggiunti da mio fratello e dalla sua famiglia e assaggiare alcuni dei piatti che abbiamo preparato, così come il salame e la salvia. Siete degli ospiti generosi. Vi auguro il meglio e spero che le nostre strade si incrocino di nuovo un giorno. Consiglierò questa esperienza ai miei amici negli Stati Uniti!

"I like everything that belongs to nature, and in my free time, I dedicate myself to the cultivation of minor fruits, olives, and vegetables, in full respect of the rhythms of the earth, and with a totally natural approach. I strongly believe that a large part of our well-being is related to the quality of the food we eat. My house in the hills is located 15 minutes from Pesaro, in a relaxing place where reconnection with the earth comes to life thanks to the rustle of the leaves of the 500 olive trees that surround it. My table is consequently characterized by simple foods, mainly made with the catch of the day from the Adriatic Sea, and accompanied by what our land offers us."
