"I like everything that belongs to nature, and in my free time, I dedicate myself to the cultivation of minor fruits, olives, and vegetables, in full respect of the rhythms of the earth, and with a totally natural approach. I strongly believe that a large part of our well-being is related to the quality of the food we eat. My house in the hills is located 15 minutes from Pesaro, in a relaxing place where reconnection with the earth comes to life thanks to the rustle of the leaves of the 500 olive trees that surround it. My table is consequently characterized by simple foods, mainly made with the catch of the day from the Adriatic Sea, and accompanied by what our land offers us."

- We had such a wonderful experience at this traditional Italian cooking class! It truly felt like we were invited into a real Italian family dinner rather than simply attending a cooking class. We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the delicious homemade food, and, most of all, how kind and genuine the host was. Cooking and sharing the meal together made the whole experience feel very authentic and special. A beautiful way to experience Italian culture, food, and hospitality. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend it! 🇮🇹❤️
- For our honeymoon, we booked a cooking class with Silvi and can wholeheartedly recommend this experience. We didn’t go to just any cooking school; instead, we cooked privately in her own kitchen together with an Italian woman - an incredibly authentic and wonderful experience. Silvi is incredibly hospitable, friendly, warm, and funny, and she explained everything so clearly that we were able to prepare a delicious and authentic three-course Italian meal. We had so much fun cooking together! The cooking class spontaneously turned into a dinner with her and her husband. We had a wonderful evening together, one that we will always look back on fondly. Thank you so much for this special experience - we would love to come back!

- Well, what can I say?! Fantastic! Not only did I leave knowing how to make delicious puff pastries/piadine at home, but I'm also happy to have met two wonderful people: Silvana and her husband! Truly kind and fantastic people. The course flew by with chatting and laughter!
- Our afternoon cooking class with Silvi was an absolute delight. Her garden and home are perfect for relaxing and learning to prepare authentic Marche dishes. I highly recommend this experience, as it is unique to the area, and Silvi is warm and knowledgeable.
