As an appetizer, I will teach you how to make flaky piadina prepared with few but good ingredients and reveal my secret ingredient that makes it irresistible! This will be followed by cappellacci, made following an old home recipe. Cutting board, rolling pin and a few simple ingredients to make a dreamy pasta dish with egg pasta (made with eggs from my happy hens) and a filling of fresh spinach, Parmesan and ricotta cheese. To finish, we will make custard together with a delicious strawberry compote!
