    In the magic of the autumn atmosphere among centuries-old olive trees and quiet landscapes of the Pesaro hills, I await you to experience together this tradition strongly linked to our territory: the manual harvesting of olives.

    After a brief introduction about the curiosities of the olive tree and the benefits of the precious evo oil you will be immediately involved in the laying of nets under the olive trees, the picking of the olives in the special boxes until the tasting of the very first fruit: the freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil. We will complete the in-house experience with a brunch featuring local specialties: Bruschetta with the new oil Pan-fried fresh olives with local sausage Flaky piadina with field grass, local cured meats and cheeses Tart with black cherry compote

    My Mother and I booked this experience with not a second thought as it sounded like an amazing experience. What we experienced with Silvana and her husband, Stefano, was even more incredible than what we could've imagined. The food was sublime. Making passatelli from scratch, enjoying countless appetizers, and all while enjoying Silvana and Stefano's warm hospitality made it an experience we won't soon forget. Not to mention we enjoyed our lunch in their backyard under the olive trees while looking out at the mountains; simply stunning. If you're coming to Pesaro or the surrounding regions, you MUST make time to go to Silvana's!!

    My wife and I were guests of an an exceptional Italian lady and her husband. We received a warm and hearty welcome into a beautiful home with a large garden. Silvana’s husband cultivates olives and - as an extra - I received a short introduction into the art of growing olives to produce a first rate olive oil. After the antipasti on the terrace (piade and parmigiano accompanied by a very suitable prosecco) we were asked inside to enjoy the first course in the preparation of which we were able to lend a hand: passatelli , a tipical dish of Le Marche offered with a very tasty salad. The main course, parts of squid roasted with potatoes and more “frutti di mare” was as excellent as the “primo”. This was followed up by an incredibly tasty “dolce” with fresh strawberries and vanilla, a creation of Silvana herself. Actually I should not have spent so much time on the menu, although it was perfectly wonderful, because the main experience of the evening was the openness, friendliness and patience (with my Italian) of our hosts! Hardly ever have I met with such friendly, interesting - and interested - people. I’m afraid we stayed much too long because time really flew that night. Altogether: I really love Italy and the Italian cuisine. So this evening was, for me and my wife, one of the most pleasurable experiences we ever made. The Cesarine idea is excellent. It allows the person interested in Italian culture a lively and intensive contact with an important aspect of this culture: the cuisine - but most of all the friendliness of the people who make this culture come alive, Silvana and Stefano, two excellent ambassadors of the Italian culture.

    Che esperienza meravigliosa! Da abruzzese fuori sede amo conoscere la cultura gastronomica del territorio e grazie a Silvana ho scoperto tutti i segreti di un'ottima piadina sfogliata. Silvana è una Cesarina fantastica e consiglio assolutamente un'esperienza culinaria con lei! grazie per l'accoglienza, le chiacchiere e l'ottimo cibo e vino. Alla prossima cooking class! 😊

    Amo cucinare e la mia ragazza ha avuto un’ottima idea e mi ha regalato questa esperienza. Per noi era la prima volta. Nonostante ciò Silvana ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin dai primi momenti . Durante la preparazione ci ha dato delle pazienti indicazioni e ci ha aiutato se necessario, sempre con i suoi modi gentilissimi. È anche un’amante dei cibi sani e salutari e ci ha raccontato molte cose che non sapevamo su alcuni alimenti, oltre ad avercene messi a disposizione diversi per le nostre preparazioni. Tanti prodotti tipici coltivati a pochi chilometri o addirittura in casa sua, come il suo fantastico olio. Anche la location ci è piaciuta tanto: in mezzo agli ulivi secolari ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Insomma ci siamo divertiti tanto, abbiamo ampliato la nostra cultura culinaria e soprattutto abbiamo conosciuto una bella persona come Silvana con cui abbiamo trascorso delle ore piacevolissime mangiando le cose gustose e ben riuscite che abbiamo preparato.

    Silvana: un nome, una garanzia. Disponibile, simpatica e genuina. Grazie a lei ho migliorato la mia tecnica di tiratura della pasta (dovrò ancora lavorarci su) e soprattutto mi ha insegnato per filo e per segno la ricetta per una piadina sfogliata a regola d'arte!!! Nulla togliendo alla sua confettura di fragole homemade (divina) accompagnata da una crema pasticciera fatta al momento. Ringrazio nuovamente Silvana per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.     "I like everything that belongs to nature, and in my free time, I dedicate myself to the cultivation of minor fruits, olives, and vegetables, in full respect of the rhythms of the earth, and with a totally natural approach. I strongly believe that a large part of our well-being is related to the quality of the food we eat. My house in the hills is located 15 minutes from Pesaro, in a relaxing place where reconnection with the earth comes to life thanks to the rustle of the leaves of the 500 olive trees that surround it. My table is consequently characterized by simple foods, mainly made with the catch of the day from the Adriatic Sea, and accompanied by what our land offers us."
