In the enchanting setting of the hills of Pesaro overlooking the sea, I will be waiting for you in my country house overlooking our centuries-old olive groves offering the following menu, "Smiles Astonishment and Secrets for 3 Super Recipes!" As an appetizer, I will teach you how to make flaky piadina prepared with few but good ingredients and reveal my secret ingredient that makes it irresistible! This will be followed by cappellacci, made following an old home recipe. Cutting board, rolling pin and a few simple ingredients to make a dreamy pasta dish with egg pasta (made with eggs from my happy hens) and a filling of fresh spinach, Parmesan and ricotta cheese. To finish, we will make custard together with a delicious strawberry compote!

My house in the hills is located 15 minutes from Pesaro, in a relaxing place where reconnection with the earth comes to life thanks to the rustle of the leaves of the 500 olive trees that surround it. My table is consequently characterized by simple foods, mainly made with the catch of the day from the Adriatic Sea, and accompanied by what our land offers us."
