Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Shared Experience
Your experience
  • Piadina (stuffed traditional flat bread) with cold cuts craft

Join me in making Nonna Adriana’s piadina — a unique recipe that blends the Marche crescia with the classic Romagna piadina. The result? An authentic, irresistible dough! Each guest will knead and cook their own piadina, then fill it with local cured meats, porchetta, wild greens, and traditional cheese. It’s a fun and flavorful experience, perfect for lovers of traditional Italian cuisine. We’ll end on a sweet note with a homemade crostata, just like the old days.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. Chiara is a really nice person, a skilled cook and a great teacher. We learned a lot about the italian culinary culture and had a great conversation. The food we made together was delicious, too. Thank you for this unforgettable day!

We've had an amazing evening! We made 3 typical and delicious dishes while learning more about family traditions and Italian traditions in general. The location was beautiful. Overall a great experience.

I love cooking dishes that tell the story of my family tradition, the ones my grandmother taught me and that I hold dear: ravioli, piadina, and tagliatelle. For appetizers and main courses, I enjoy preparing savory pies, focaccia, crostini with fresh ingredients, and pasticciata, always staying true to homemade cuisine. Desserts are never missing from my table: tiramisu, zuppa inglese, cookies, and torta mimosa, all made with the same passion passed down through generations. I also love to travel, and this passion often finds its way into my cooking. I enjoy adding a special touch, drawing inspiration from flavors and ingredients discovered around the world.
