For appetizers and main courses, I enjoy preparing savory pies, focaccia, crostini with fresh ingredients, and pasticciata, always staying true to homemade cuisine. Desserts are never missing from my table: tiramisu, zuppa inglese, cookies, and torta mimosa, all made with the same passion passed down through generations. I also love to travel, and this passion often finds its way into my cooking. I enjoy adding a special touch, drawing inspiration from flavors and ingredients discovered around the world.
