I love cooking dishes that tell the story of my family tradition, the ones my grandmother taught me and that I hold dear: ravioli, piadina, and tagliatelle. For appetizers and main courses, I enjoy preparing savory pies, focaccia, crostini with fresh ingredients, and pasticciata, always staying true to homemade cuisine.Desserts are never missing from my table: tiramisu, zuppa inglese, cookies, and torta mimosa, all made with the same passion passed down through generations.I also love to travel, and this passion often finds its way into my cooking.
