I love traditions, the products from my garden, and everything that the local area offers. I enjoy experimenting with meat, fish, and vegetables, but my favorite passion is making fresh pasta, especially filled pasta. My cooking is rooted in the local territory and its traditions, but it also reflects influences from my native land, France.
