My greatest joy is opening the doors of my home and sharing my passion for cooking with you.In life, I took over my family’s historic laundry business, but I have always nurtured a true love for the kitchen. I enjoy experimenting with new cooking techniques, using spices and high-quality ingredients, and preparing fish and meat dishes that blend tradition with creativity.I am not alone in the kitchen: with me is my father-in-law, Gabriele, who has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. For decades, he ran a historic fresh pasta shop in the center of Modena and, now that he is retired, he has chosen to share his knowledge right here, in our family home.Our specialties are the great classics of Emilia’s culinary tradition: tortellini, tagliatelle, lasagna, and handmade pasta; tigelle, gnocco fritto, and borlenghi, prepared according to the most authentic Modenese recipes; and those timeless flavors cooked with both technique and heart.Together, we will offer you an experience that combines passion, tradition, and conviviality.
