Food Tour: discover the best places where to taste the finest local food & wine

Your experience
  • Piadina (stuffed traditional flat bread) with cold cuts craft
  • Tagliatelle
  • Tiramisu

I look forward to welcoming you to my family farmhouse, part of the complex adjacent to Villa Albani, from where we can start a pleasant walk through nature and the fields. Along the way, I will have the opportunity to share the history of the noble estate complex that unfolds among cypresses and centuries-old pines.

At the end of the tour, we will have the chance to taste some homemade specialties in the orchard: piadina with local cured meats and cheeses, tagliatelle with seasonal sauce, and to finish, a delicious tiramisu made following the family recipe.

Water, coffee, and local wines included.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. Chiara is a really nice person, a skilled cook and a great teacher. We learned a lot about the italian culinary culture and had a great conversation. The food we made together was delicious, too. Thank you for this unforgettable day!

We've had an amazing evening! We made 3 typical and delicious dishes while learning more about family traditions and Italian traditions in general. The location was beautiful. Overall a great experience.

I love cooking dishes that tell the story of my family tradition, the ones my grandmother taught me and that I hold dear: ravioli, piadina, and tagliatelle. For appetizers and main courses, I enjoy preparing savory pies, focaccia, crostini with fresh ingredients, and pasticciata, always staying true to homemade cuisine. Desserts are never missing from my table: tiramisu, zuppa inglese, cookies, and torta mimosa, all made with the same passion passed down through generations. I also love to travel, and this passion often finds its way into my cooking. I enjoy adding a special touch, drawing inspiration from flavors and ingredients discovered around the world.
