Are you ready to prepare Strozzapreti, a fresh pasta typical of Rimini, and spend a few enjoyable hours with me? The name of this pasta is unusual and amusing, but, as you will discover during this experience, it is closely linked to the history of my region... I'll tell you all about it later. Made with just water and flour, Strozzapreti is a delicious pasta that is easy to prepare. At the end of the course, I will cook the pasta you have made and serve it with a homemade tomato sauce, so you can taste what you have prepared. All this will be accompanied by a good glass of Sangiovese wine. I look forward to seeing you!

- It was a great experience to be able to do this with Patrizia Strozzapreti. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot. Patti has a beautiful house and garden and was a grandiose hostess. It was incredibly delicious!
- We had such a wonderful time at Patrizia’s Pasta & Tiramisu class and can absolutely recommend it to everyone! Booking was super easy, even though we only booked the evening before. Everything was perfectly prepared when we arrived. The recipes were traditional, simple and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. We loved that they are easy to recreate at home without a lot of effort or special ingredients. Patrizia and her mother (a real "Nonna" 😊 ) were incredibly friendly, welcoming and funny. They created such a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and we learned a lot about the traditional recipes and Italian cooking along the way. Everything was very well organized and spotless. The highlight was definitely sitting in the beautiful garden, enjoying the food we had prepared. It felt much more like being invited into someone’s home than attending a typical cooking class. It was such a lovely and authentic experience! We enjoyed every minute and would definitely do it again. A big recommendation for anyone visiting Rimini who wants to experience delicious, traditional Italian food in an authentic atmosphere! 💚🤍♥️ Lisa & Lukas
