- Strozzapreti (homemade pasta)
Are you ready to prepare Strozzapreti, a fresh pasta typical of Rimini, and spend a few enjoyable hours with me? The name of this pasta is unusual and amusing, but, as you will discover during this experience, it is closely linked to the history of my region... I'll tell you all about it later. Made with just water and flour, Strozzapreti is a delicious pasta that is easy to prepare. At the end of the course, I will cook the pasta you have made and serve it with a homemade tomato sauce, so you can taste what you have prepared. All this will be accompanied by a good glass of Sangiovese wine. I look forward to seeing you!

- It was a wonderful experience. Very nice and pleasant hosts, and a lovely atmosphere in their beautiful garden. The cooking class was very well done and the pasta and the tiramisu were delicious. - It was such a great experience! Everything was very well prepared, and we immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere was wonderful, and Patrizia and her mom were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole experience. After we finished cooking, we enjoyed our delicious meal in the beautiful garden. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! We also really appreciated being able to take the leftovers home with us. If you’re thinking about booking this cooking class, don’t hesitate — I highly recommend it! - Patrizia and her family gave us a warm welcome into their home. Together with her mother, she introduced us to local pasta dishes and the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu—which we prepared ourselves under her guidance. The atmosphere, the setting, and the experience were truly special, and Patrizia and her mother gave us a unique glimpse into their private lives. We enjoyed the dishes we had prepared ourselves, accompanied by delicious local wine, in a beautiful setting. We had a wonderful evening and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you, Patrizia.
