Join a unique vegan cooking class and discover how to create simple but authentically flavored dishes inspired by tradition. Surrounded by an enchanting garden, you will learn how to make cassoni, a typical specialty stuffed with fresh country herbs. You will put your hands to pasta to make vegan ravioli made only with water and flour, filled with vegetables and rolled out by hand with a rolling pin, following traditional techniques. Each step will be guided, from kneading the dough to sealing the ravioli, to perfect baking. The experience continues with the preparation of a soft and delicious vegan doughnut. Finally, you will taste the dishes prepared during the course, beginning with a healthy appetizer served in the garden.
We had an amazing experience by Patrizia! not only was the lesson verry good, we also really enjoyed her and her mothers company! If you are in Rimini you must book a cooking lesson here!

One of the most beautiful local culinary experiences I have ever had. The place is wonderful—a garden of Eden, to give you an idea. Patrizia and her mother are sweet, affectionate, and great professionals. Local appetizers with piadina perfectly brushed with oil, then cheeses, squacquerone, local prosciutto and salami, roasted potatoes with rosemary and thyme, and gratin tomatoes—a grade of 10 with honors—and then, and then, and then, Patrizia is waiting for you. Don't miss the strozzapreti, I almost forgot!

We loved the experience with Patrizia. The teaching was so clear and easy to understand, the care Patrizia took in ensuring we understood, and then the final menu was so delicious. I feel like I can easily now make pasta at home. Patrizia’s home was so lovely too and we loved meeting her Mama who was always supporting in the background. Highly recommend

We had the most incredible morning making pasta with Patricia and her mother. They were incredible hosts with such a gentle and kind manner. Patricia’s home is beautiful and it was lovely to make pasta nestled amongst her beautiful garden. The skills and techniques that she taught us will now last me a lifetime and I cannot wait to get home and recreate such delicious flavours. Would absolutely recommend this cooking class and would love to spend another morning learning more techniques if we had time.

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
