I don’t even know where to start. I had the pleasure of spending a day with Patrizia and her lovely family. They showed me around the market, sharing many interesting things and answering all my questions. We bought fresh ricotta for the pasta. Then, we went to her idyllic and beautiful home, which felt like a dream. Patrizia was an excellent and patient teacher, first explaining how to make tiramisu and then guiding me through making the pasta. When everything was ready, we tasted the delicious food. I can’t wait to try making it at home! Thank you for this wonderful experience. I hope to return one day and have you teach me to prepare another lovely meal in your beautiful home.

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
