Our family of three enjoyed a wonderful time with Patrizia. We booked a cocking class but got so much more. First she took us to a local farm to buy the cheese we needed for cooking. Then she took us to wonderful winery on top of one of the hills to buy wine - and we also got a small trip by the owner and a glass of really nice white wine. We got back to her house where she thought us how to make two different local dishes. Finally we sat down and had a wonderful dinner which we cooked together - and yes, with the wine we got earlier that day. Patrizia is a great cook and a very good teacher ; she is wonderful, easy going and extremely friendly and accommodating. She not only gave us cooking lessons - she opened her house for us and we are very thankful. I can only highly recommend this experience.

5 stars truly isn’t enough for Pati and her unforgettable cooking masterclass in Rimini. From the moment we arrived at her home, we were met with such a beautifully warm and welcoming atmosphere into an authentic Italian family kitchen. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with the freshest ingredients laid out and ready, which made the whole experience feel even more special. This wasn’t just a cooking class… It was a genuine cultural experience. Pati is, without exaggeration, an exceptional teacher. Her patience, kindness and natural ability to guide us through each step made everything feel possible, despite our lack of experience! She took the time to explain not just the “how,” but the “why,” sharing traditional techniques and little secrets you simply wouldn’t find anywhere else. Her knowledge of Italian cooking is deeply rooted in tradition and delivered with so much passion. Every moment felt personal, like learning from a true Nonna who genuinely wants you to succeed. By the end of the class, we felt confident enough to go home and recreate everything myself, which is something I never expected. If you’re in Rimini, this is an absolute must!!! I feel so grateful to have not only made a memory I’ll treasure forever, but to have also learnt a very useful skill! I cannot recommend Pati and her masterclass highly enough. An experience you just can’t beat!

Truly a beautiful and unique experience. We had the opportunity to explore the culture and flavors of the area, all accompanied by a very kind and knowledgeable hostess, Patrizia. We made excellent strozzapreti pasta and very good piadina flatbread, all accompanied by indispensable wine, not to mention the taste of local products like ricotta and stracchino cheese – superb!!! Absolutely recommended!

My two teens and myself experienced the «make 2 types of pasta and tiramisu» cooking class at the lovely home of Patricia and her husband. The quality of the teaching, the warmth and welcome on the whole family (including a dog and cat), the whole experience of making old traditional tiramisu and pasta the manual way, and then being served a three course meal experience including cheese and meat platter, two dishes with pasta and the dessert made the evening perfect. Highly recommend this class 👍

It was a perfect “little evening”! Patrizia welcomed us with a smile and immediately got us making passatelli pasta, we made them in various ways and then ate them together. We felt at home, the place was wonderful and the people were just as wonderful! Truly a beautiful experience that I recommend everyone to try!

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
