In the cooking class you are about to take, I will guide you through the preparation of Cappelletti, a pasta from the culinary tradition intended for the holiday season. Each family cook jealously preserves her own recipe for the filling, making each family's tradition unique. My recipe comes directly from my great-grandmother, a refined woman and skilled cook, according to what they tell me. In the culinary tradition of Romagna, Cappelletti are usually served in broth. However, in this course you will have the opportunity to taste them not only in broth, but also dry, accompanied by a delicious ragout prepared according to authentic traditions. I look forward to sharing this culinary experience together.

- We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Patrizia! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Patrizia is such a warm, kind and lovely person and also an amazing teacher. She was very patient with us, explained every step clearly and shared so many useful tips and techniques. We learned a lot during the workshop and really feel that we can take this knowledge home with us and recreate the dishes ourselves. The whole experience was relaxed, authentic and full of positive energy. And the setting made it even more special – Patrizia has a beautiful, charming home and an absolutely lovely garden, which created the perfect atmosphere. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Rimini. This was much more than just a cooking class – it felt like being welcomed into a real Italian home and experiencing a little piece of Italian culture and hospitality. - It was such a great experience! Everything was very well prepared, and we immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere was wonderful, and Patrizia and her mom were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole experience. After we finished cooking, we enjoyed our delicious meal in the beautiful garden. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! We also really appreciated being able to take the leftovers home with us. If you’re thinking about booking this cooking class, don’t hesitate — I highly recommend it! Together with her mother, she introduced us to local pasta dishes and the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu—which we prepared ourselves under her guidance. The atmosphere, the setting, and the experience were truly special, and Patrizia and her mother gave us a unique glimpse into their private lives.
