In the cooking class you are about to take, I will guide you through the preparation of Cappelletti, a pasta from the culinary tradition intended for the holiday season. Each family cook jealously preserves her own recipe for the filling, making each family's tradition unique. My recipe comes directly from my great-grandmother, a refined woman and skilled cook, according to what they tell me. In the culinary tradition of Romagna, Cappelletti are usually served in broth. However, in this course you will have the opportunity to taste them not only in broth, but also dry, accompanied by a delicious ragout prepared according to authentic traditions. I look forward to sharing this culinary experience together.
Amazing experience. Patti is a fantastic host and cook . We met her family who were all friendly and welcoming, which made it even more enjoyable. Some of the best food we have eaten in italia . Ich hatte einen fantastischen Vormittag bei Patrizia, der mir noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. In ihrer wunderschönen, hellen Küche mit Veranda und dem traumhaften Blick auf den schattigen Garten habe ich gelernt, wie man Ravioli und Strozzapreti ganz authentisch herstellt. Patrizia hat mit viel Liebe zum Detail und großer Geduld jeden Schritt erklärt und mich mit ihrer herzlichen Art sofort wohlfühlen lassen. Auf meinen Wunsch hin hat sie das gesamte Menü vegetarisch gestaltet, was wunderbar gelungen ist. Die selbstgemachte Pasta hat nicht nur unglaublich gut geschmeckt, sondern die entspannte und einladende Atmosphäre, die Patrizia geschaffen hat, hat das Erlebnis perfekt gemacht. Ein rundum gelungener Kurs, den ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen kann!

We took the pasta course for three types of pasta and it was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming to both me and my cousin, making the whole experience really enjoyable. My cousin has coeliac disease, and they went above and beyond to provide the entire course gluten-free, with great care and attention to detail. The setting was also beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing and fun cooking experience.

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
