In the cooking class you are about to take, I will guide you through the preparation of Cappelletti, a pasta from the culinary tradition intended for the holiday season. Each family cook jealously preserves her own recipe for the filling, making each family's tradition unique. My recipe comes directly from my great-grandmother, a refined woman and skilled cook, according to what they tell me. In the culinary tradition of Romagna, Cappelletti are usually served in broth. However, in this course you will have the opportunity to taste them not only in broth, but also dry, accompanied by a delicious ragout prepared according to authentic traditions. The pasta and tiramisu class in Rimini was an absolute highlight! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, and she explained everything clearly and with great patience. Our experience was lovely, Patrizia was fabulous and very personable making us feel at home, having her mother there made it a very authentic Italian experience. The recipes were very easy to follow and patrizia was very dry hands on. The end result was delicious as were the nibbles and prosecco. Could not recommend this host enough!!

Patrizia was a wonderful and kind host. The workshop was at her house, which was a wonderful and cozy place to be in. The recipes and the way she explained things was very clear and she adjusted the recipes to accommodate for my pregnant girlfriend. At the end we ate the food in her garden which was a wonderful experience. 5 stars!
