Cappelletti (homemade pasta) with broth
In the cooking class you are about to take, I will guide you through the preparation of Cappelletti, a pasta from the culinary tradition intended for the holiday season. Each family cook jealously preserves her own recipe for the filling, making each family's tradition unique. My recipe comes directly from my great-grandmother, a refined woman and skilled cook, according to what they tell me. In the culinary tradition of Romagna, Cappelletti are usually served in broth. However, in this course you will have the opportunity to taste them not only in broth, but also dry, accompanied by a delicious ragout prepared according to authentic traditions. I look forward to sharing this culinary experience together.
We had an amazing experience here with my girlfriend. The house is cozy, and the overall atmosphere — including the cooking — made for a truly beautiful evening. Patricia is incredibly kind and took great care of us throughout our stay.
The food was excellent: homemade pasta, piadina, and tiramisu for dessert — all absolutely delicious.
We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area who wants to enjoy the authentic atmosphere of a local Italian home and cuisine.

I had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Patrizia's home and it was wonderful to experience a true home cooked meal in Rimini. Meeting her and her husband, as well as their adorable and friendly pets, really made for a wonderful evening. It was very interesting and fun to not only have strozzapreti, but also try to help in the process, which really made me enjoy the dish more. The piadinas that we had afterwards were very tasty and I was happy to have an iconic local dish as part of the meal, as unfortunately a food tour I had booked got cancelled. The tiramisu we had at the end was the best I ever had in my life! Nothing I've had before even comes close. Having her homemade limoncello at the end, which also was the best I've had, was the perfect close to the evening.
I strongly recommend this experience to anyone who appreciates good authentic food!

I had a very good time with Patti during this class. For me, it was a really unique experience. The class was held at Pattis' house, with a beautiful garden, where you can appreciate the Italian atmosphere and hospitality.

We spent a wonderful afternoon with Patricia and her sous chef. We learned so much, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this kind of experience to everyone.

Our family of three enjoyed a wonderful time with Patrizia. We booked a cocking class but got so much more.
First she took us to a local farm to buy the cheese we needed for cooking. Then she took us to wonderful winery on top of one of the hills to buy wine - and we also got a small trip by the owner and a glass of really nice white wine. We got back to her house where she thought us how to make two different local dishes. Finally we sat down and had a wonderful dinner which we cooked together - and yes, with the wine we got earlier that day. Patrizia is a great cook and a very good teacher ; she is wonderful, easy going and extremely friendly and accommodating. She not only gave us cooking lessons - she opened her house for us and we are very thankful. I can only highly recommend this experience.

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
