    In this engaging culinary course, you will acquire the skills to prepare the famous piadina. With just a few ingredients, expertly blended, you will bring to life one of the world's most prized delicacies, at least to my taste: the Piada, the quintessential bread of Romagna. This exquisite flatbread goes beautifully with sliced meats, cheeses, gratins and even Nutella. We will also pack delicious cassoni, closed variants of piada that turn out to be authentic goodness! Cassoni can be filled with mozzarella and tomato, mozzarella and cooked ham, potatoes and sausage, or with country herbs.To end on a sweet note, I will guide you in the preparation of a delicious Romagna doughnut, all accompanied by an excellent wine.

    We had an incredible experience during the cooking class with Patrizia! "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
