In the enchanting setting of the Pesaro hills overlooking the sea, I await you in my country house overlooking our centuries-old olive groves.
A welcome of fried seasonal vegetables and my flaky piadina with local cold cuts and cheeses will welcome you! We will prepare seasonal vegetable lasagna together following an old home recipe. Cutting board, rolling pin and a few simple ingredients to make a dream first course with egg pasta (made with eggs from my happy chickens) seasonal vegetables (asparagus, fava beans, peas, artichokes, mushrooms) béchamel and Parmesan cheese. At the conclusion a "sweet surprise"!

- Grazie a La Cesarina Silvana ho eseguito con ottimo risultato una sua ricetta antica ,scroccadenti al farro con crema pasticceria su composta alle fragole.La ricetta risultata un successo grazie alla sua professionalità, e soprattutto alla cura nel spiegare i dettagli anche da lontano ci siamo riuscite .tutto questo quando nel fare le cose si mette il cuore .Sono felice di avere conosciuto anche in modo virtuale una persona speciale 😍😍😍

Nella sua cucina, tra le colline di Pesaro, abbiamo cucinato insieme come famiglia, imparando a fare la piadina e riscoprendo l'importanza delle tradizioni e della semplicità. - My time with Silvana was one of the highlights of my six week trip in Italy. She was extraordinary and an incredible ambassador for the Cesarina brand: so kind, so hospitable, and so lovely. Both she and her husband were warm and welcoming, and had a feast fit for a king laid out to welcome me. Silvana put me immediately at ease. We made three separate dishes together: piadini, dessert, and a delicious ravioli. This session meant so much. My grandmother’s family is from the Pesaro region, but she died before I was born so I never had the chance to learn to cook Pesarese cuisine with her. Learning side by side with Silvana I felt that she was gifting me knowledge of my family, food, and culture, bringing me closer to my grandmother and hence, myself.

I strongly believe that a large part of our well-being is related to the quality of the food we eat. My house in the hills is located 15 minutes from Pesaro, in a relaxing place where reconnection with the earth comes to life thanks to the rustle of the leaves of the 500 olive trees that surround it. My table is consequently characterized by simple foods, mainly made with the catch of the day from the Adriatic Sea, and accompanied by what our land offers us."
