I carefully choose my ingredients, always preferring local and seasonal products, and I focus on Mediterranean cuisine—sometimes adding a personal twist to explore new flavors.I love preparing sauces, pesto, cheese, salads, rice, pasta, pizza, ragù, tiramisù, crostate… and so much more!
