- Splendid experience. Ewa is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable, incredibly kind, hospitable, very prepared, and attentive to her guests. We ate wonderfully well and learned a lot about leavened doughs, as well as experimenting with many recipes using the doughs she had us prepare. In short, an experience I highly recommend. My daughters (teenagers) loved everything and would like to do it again and again. So, if you want to feel at home, have lots of laughs, eat well, and learn the little secrets of cooking, this is the right place. Rating 100.
- Excellent! My wife, niece and I took Ewan’s cooking lesson. We had a great time and learned much. There were some delicious “antipasto” and wine eating when we arrived. We make several dishes and took home the leftovers. Rea was a great host with a beautiful home. We enjoyed throughly.
- Ewa was so welcoming and we felt like family from the get go. She was very knowledgeable and we had so much fun cooking in her home. She uses many ingredients from her own garden which was amazing to see. Get prepared to use your hands and eat lots of amazing food. She is truly warm and generous. The experience was once in a lifetime.

- Look no further. This is the best cooking class! Ewa was a fantastic host. She made a fun day for our group in her beautiful outdoor kitchen and served us in her own dining room. We really enjoyed her company. She even cut a beautiful rose from her garden for my sister and I since it was Mothers Day.
