My greatest passion is traditional cuisine from the Marche region, which I have come to know and love over the years, despite my Apulian roots. I owe much to my mother-in-law, who passed down to me precious family recipes and local culinary traditions.Together, we prepared specialties such as handmade fresh pasta, galantina, stuffed rabbit, and many other traditional dishes that I still proudly serve today. I love sharing these recipes during lunches and dinners with family and the many friends who gather around my table.My greatest satisfaction is seeing my guests happy, enjoying the food I prepare, and creating moments of genuine conviviality through cooking.
