Hi from Gabriele!

I love every aspect of good cuisine: from the platters of cold cuts and cheeses from our valleys to the first courses of both local tradition and various Italian regions, with a particular fondness for homemade pasta and risottos.The same goes for main courses: I enjoy exploring game with polenta, typical of the Alpine and pre-Alpine areas, as well as fish dishes characteristic of regions closer to the sea.
