Hi from Martina!
I love traditional dishes, especially main courses, but I also enjoy experimenting with appetizers and sauces for first courses. My greatest passion is pastry, and I adore experimenting with new desserts, even though crostata remains my favorite dessert. I like to make my guests feel at ease in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, filled with plenty of delicious things to enjoy and lots of laughter to share.

- We were a group of six friends who joined Martina’s cooking class, and from the very first moment we felt completely at home. Martina welcomed us with such warmth and guided us through the evening with an energy that was truly contagious. We laughed a lot, cooked together, and learned new things along the way. The delicious, authentic Italian dishes we prepared were then enjoyed in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Every single one of us would happily come back again. We can only highly recommend this course!
