My name is Laura and I have always loved cooking and taking the time to do it.I inherited the passion for cooking from my mother, and then deepened it at the courses at the Alta Scuola di Cucina Cordon Bleu, Da Vittorio pastry making and natural cooking with the biologist Dr. Giuliana Gargano at the IRCCS foundation.I love gathering my family around a table set with my recipes that I make with love and passion. I enjoy shopping at seasonal markets, traveling and trying local cuisine, and taking inspiration from what stimulates my creativity.
