"I learned to cook at Grandma’s house as a child after school. We prepared desserts for snacks and fresh pasta, ravioli or gnocchi for Sunday lunch, where the whole family gathered. Growing up I also learned to cook what I liked most: sweets, first courses and second courses. Going to live alone I learned the famous 'recycling recipes' such as pies, meatballs and meatballs. Today I like to cook everything; cooking relaxes me and I like to have guests to pamper."

Laura was a gracious host. Unfortunately her 6 year old son was a serious distraction for half of the time that we had paid for. No time for information or discussion on recommended techniques at the end of the evening. Only two recipes - no coffee - could have been more generous than one glass of wine. Too expensive.
